Our basic philosophy of leasing virtual land.
We have been wondering around the virtual world of Second Life since May 2006. Started renting and now own over 700,000 square meters of mainland. We offer plots from 512m2 to 16000m2.
Our prices are calculated on a per prim ratio, which averages L$1.1 per prim per week, way below the costs of actually owning land. For example, a 4096m2 plot offers 937 prims, our average price is ( L$1.2 x 937 ) = L$1030 which is the weekly rent. If you bought that amount of land, the tier to Linden Labs is L$1670/week {$25/month} It is an easy way to compare how much you are paying for rent.
Rates vary according to location and or amount of prims leased.
Most of our land has some redeeming qualities, be it near water, protected Linden land etc. If not, then the plot is probably leased as a skybox area. Once leasing the property you must be invited to the group in order to have permissions on the land which are the same as if you owned the land ( building, setting the music and video etc ). If we don't send an invitation immediately, please IM us in world. Either I, Cedric Brown , or Noirran Marx is online at some time every day. If we don't invite you within 1 hour you get one day's rent refunded( if you don't receive that one day please inform us).
This is a very affordable way to enrich your secondlife experience. Rent a week or more at a time. If you don't like it, leave, we take all the risk of owning the land, the value of which rises and falls in price on a daily basis. Please feel free to IM either of us with any questions.
